-
ACCEPTANCE OF RISKBy purchasing or wearing a Silver Shamrock mask, the user acknowledges that they are participating in a "Global Community Event." Silver Shamrock Novelties and its parent company, OCP, accept no liability for side effects caused by proximity to high-frequency broadcast signals, Stonehenge-grade mineral dust, or localized pest infestations.
-
THE "BIG GIVE-AWAY" MANDATEParticipation in the "Big Give-Away" is mandatory for all purchasers of the Pumpkin, Witch, or Skeleton models. Users are required to wear their masks and stay tuned to their local television station at the designated hour. Failure to participate may result in "Incomplete Synchronization," for which the Company offers no technical support.
-
PROHIBITED ALTERATIONSUsers are strictly prohibited from tampering with, removing, or "short-circuiting" the Silver Shamrock "Trade Mark" tag located on the rear of the mask. Any attempt to inspect the internal circuitry or the organic mineral fragments contained within will result in the immediate voiding of the user's life insurance policy and the activation of OCP Directive 4.
-
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PSYCHIC RIGHTSThe jingle, the imagery, and the specific flashing frequency of the Silver Shamrock commercial are protected under OCP Corporate Patent. Any unauthorized humming or whistling of the jingle in a public space may be subject to a "Copyright Enforcement" fee of 0.500 Credits, automatically deducted from your OCP Scrip balance.
-
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (THE 1982 INCIDENT)Users agree to indemnify Silver Shamrock Novelties against claims arising from the "Santa Mira Events." By clicking "I Accept," you waive the right to sue for damages related to:

- Snake-related injuries.
- Missing children during the 9:00 PM broadcast window.
- Psychological trauma caused by catchy 4/4 time signature jingles.
-
TERMINATION OF SERVICEOCP reserves the right to terminate a user's "service" (and physical existence) if they are found to be cooperating with rogue medical professionals or former toy makers seeking to disrupt the countdown.
