Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

That's the thing I like about these movies. They can make you think you're ahead of the joke, then remind you that you're watching something made by people who are several steps ahead of you.

Anybody else looking forward to this tomorrow? Shaun of the Dead was excellent, so I'm glad they're getting the whole team back together. Edgar Wright doing another comedy with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost is pretty much an automatic ticket for me.

Probably not. Too much time has passed. Evidence gets lost, memories get worse, witnesses die, suspects die. Every year makes it harder.

Saw Zodiac tonight. Really interesting movie, although I can see why some people are going to complain about the ending. There really isn't any. It's basically two and a half hours of people chasing dead ends and trying to figure out what the hell they're looking at.

The whole thing is basically a love letter to being a dumb kid who thinks rock music is going to save the world.

Teenage angst is based on ignorance. They don't know enough to understand the consequences yet.

It felt like one long hot summer.

Because you're confusing The Departed with a movie that's actually twenty years old.
