I do love that King keeps getting movies made, but his best stuff is still from the last century. Even crappy TV movies like Tommyknockers and Sleepwalkers had a charm to them that I can't quite see in today's movies.

I haven't read the book yet, but the setting made me think it would have been something like Dawn of the Dead. You know... trapped in candyland, securing the premises, maybe having a little fun along the way? Turns out it was just giant monsters. It's always giant monsters now.

I love the Romero zombie stuff, but I'm also a big fan of Stephen King adaptions. The creepier ones, like The Shining and Pet Sematary.

These books suck, and no pun intended. Stephenie Meyer is a terrible writer, and it only took me one book to realize that. Eclipse is what, the third book now? Please. Just stop already.
