Loved that prison fight. The movie gets pretty brutal for something that's technically about superheroes. The whole thing feels more like a dark political thriller with costumes than a superhero movie.

The girl with the device on her head freaked me the fuck out, especially when they took it off. I was expecting something nasty, but that whole reveal was worse than I thought it was going to be.

Funny seeing John and Sarah from that Terminator show in this. Going up against a tech-centric metallic-looking killer, no less.

BBK was awesome. This movie is absolutely disgusting, but Ryan Nicholson is definitely on my radar now. Too bad it looks so DTV that nobody's going to take it seriously, but don't let that discourage you. It's absolutely worth watching. If you can stomach it.

Well, the movie kinda sucked. I know these movies aren't exactly known for great characters, but some of these people were just insulting.

I wanted Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash. Anyone find it ridiculous that we still don't have 13 of these movies? What is the goddamn hold up?!

My Bloody Valentine 3D was also pretty good. When he throws the pickaxe at the screen, I literally flinched.

I'll keep an eye out for it.

Good choreography, that's all you can ask for. The movie doesn't waste a lot of time either. Guy gets kidnapped, dad goes after him, people get punched.

Feels like it could be a sequel at times, but they changed up Harry Warden a bit, so remake.

Saw this one. Love the original, but this was also a lot of fun. So awesome seeing Tom Atkins in a theatrical release. 3D wasn't bad either. Some of those kills were made for it. Definitely worth seeing if you're into old-school slasher stuff.

Oh, I finally understand why there's T-rex drawn on the bathroom stall.

Good foreign vampire movie. Nice snow setting, kind of peaceful and innocent, but still fucked up. I liked how quiet it was. Makes everything feel creepier because half the time nothing is happening and you're just waiting for something awful.

Not sure what's worse, this or Twilight.

As expected, Saw is now an annual tradition. Same guy as before is torturing people for no good reason. And for some stupid reason, I'm still going to see these goddamn movies. Maybe that's the real plot twist: I'm being tortured and I'm not even in the movie.

Mark Boone Junior is in this, and he looks exactly like this dude I know named Floyd.

Unlikely. There are way too many eyes on him now. If he really is still alive, Halloween would be the most predictable night possible for him to show up. Everybody in town is going to be thinking about it.

I'll give it credit for trying something different, but I'm already getting tired of the romance stuff.
