1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Dangertainment portal, viewing our premium live-stream video feeds, entering interactive chatrooms, or posting on the Dangertainment community message boards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, immediately disconnect your modem and close your browser window.
2. Premium Live-Stream Content & Event Liability
Dangertainment provides real-time, unedited, 24-hour streaming entertainment broadcast directly from various field locations.
- Viewer Discretion: Content broadcast on the Dangertainment network may contain intense psychological situations, graphic language, spatial disorientation, and real-world peril. Viewers assume all psychological and emotional risks associated with monitoring the stream.
- Stream Quality & Technical Limitations: Stream quality is subject to local bandwidth, dial-up/broadband connection speeds, and environmental variables at the broadcast site. Dangertainment is not responsible for frames dropped due to localized power grid failures, electromagnetic interference, or sudden camera hardware destruction.
- No Interference: Any attempt by viewers to physically locate, alter, or interfere with a live Dangertainment broadcast site or its on-camera participants will result in immediate termination of access and referral to local municipal authorities.
3. Chatroom and Message Board Conduct
Our interactive spaces are designed for active fan discussion regarding the live event.
Dangertainment reserves the right to monitor, log, and purge user data to maintain network stability.
- User Identity: Users are strictly prohibited from impersonating Dangertainment employees, technical producers, or on-stream participants.
- Prohibited Content: Do not post coordinates, private land deeds, or internal infrastructure schematics related to our broadcast properties.
- Moderation: Dangertainment moderators ("Mods") reserve the ultimate right to delete threads, ban IP addresses, and lock discussions without prior warning if a thread threatens to disrupt the event's broadcast flow.
4. Proprietary Rights and Digital Asset Protection
All stream data, audio captures, webcam stills, and text payloads generated within the Dangertainment forum are the exclusive property of Dangertainment Media Corporation.
- No Archiving: Users may not scrape, download, or re-host streaming media clips or forum text layouts onto external Web 1.0 hosting platforms (e.g., GeoCities, Angelfire).
- System Integrity: Any user caught attempting to exploit the site’s backend architecture, inject unauthorized scripts into the chat logs, or bypass local directory locks will be permanently blacklisted.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE DANGERTAINMENT NETWORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE LIVE EVENT WILL RUN UNINTERRUPTED, THAT THE PARTICIPANTS WILL SURVIVE THE NIGHT, OR THAT THE STREAM DATA WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE BEYOND THE CONCLUSION OF THE BROADCAST WINDOW.
