To maintain broadband connection stability and optimize our 24-hour streaming media player, the Dangertainment servers automatically log standard, non-personally identifiable technical payloads from all visiting nodes.
This information includes:
- Your remote IP address and localized Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Browser environment specifics (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer) and monitor resolution settings.
- Connection speed metrics (Dial-up 56k vs. Broadband/T1) to allocate appropriate video bitrates.
2. User-Submitted Data & Interactive Logs
When you register an identity for the Dangertainment community message boards or participate in our live chatrooms, you explicitly consent to the collection and persistence of the following data assets:
- Account Credentials: Handles, passwords, and contact email addresses are stored securely in our central user directory database.
- Text Streams: All chatroom dialogue, forum threads, and private user-to-user text exchanges are tracked and permanently archived in our backend server logs.
- Session Metadata: Timestamp records mapping your exact login, logout, and forum activity loops are preserved for optimization and moderation diagnostics.
3. Cookies and Persistent Tracking
The Dangertainment portal utilizes temporary and persistent tracking cookies to verify your premium event registration status.
These small text files are written to your local hard drive to eliminate the need to re-input your access password every time a webcam feed refreshes or a text frame drops.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will severely degrade stream playback and lock you out of interactive chat functions.
4. Third-Party Disclosures & System Integrations
Dangertainment does not sell your basic forum registration data to consumer marketing firms.
However, by accessing this site, you acknowledge that our network architecture is integrated with local municipal telecommunications, data relays, and infrastructure networks necessary to broadcast from remote, high-risk field locations.
- We reserve the right to share raw traffic patterns, text archives, and IP connection logs with corporate parent entities, administrative network auditors, or municipal public works authorities if an external network spike or localized system interference threatens the continuity of the live event.
5. Legal & Law Enforcement Exceptions
Notwithstanding any clauses in this policy, Dangertainment maintains an absolute data-sharing relationship with law enforcement.
In the event of a physical security breach, an on-camera emergency, localized civil unrest, or a criminal event occurring within a broadcast perimeter, all forum archives, private chat logs, and user identification markers will be immediately turned over to county sheriffs, state police investigators, or corporate security assets without a subpoena.
