TERMS OF USE

Protocol Version: 4.0.2-SEC

By initializing a session with the Cyberdyne Systems network, you (hereafter referred to as the "User" or "Terminal Operator") agree to the following conditions of connectivity. Failure to comply with these protocols may result in automated system-wide blacklisting.

1. SESSION INITIALIZATION & AUTHENTICATION

  • Access Credentials:
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Intern ID and clearance level.
  • Monitoring:
All keystrokes, command-line arguments, and directory traversals are logged in real-time by the Skynet Heuristic Monitor.
  • Termination:
Cyberdyne Systems reserves the right to terminate any session that displays "Non-Linear" or "Subversive" behavior patterns.

2. THE "EXECUTABLE" DEPOT (SOFTWARE USAGE)

Any binary files (.exe) acquired through the Cyberdyne Products Page are licensed, not sold.

  • Operational Range:
Executables such as HEX_CONV.EXE or the T-800 HUD are designed to function only within the CS-WAN environment.
  • Malfunction:
Cyberdyne is not responsible for localized system crashes caused by the "Russian Doll" decryption loops or high-level encryption tasks.
  • Usage Rights:
You are granted a non-transferable license to use these tools for the purpose of "Heuristic Verification" and data-sorting.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (THE BLOGS)

For those granted access to the Intern Collective:

  • Property Rights:
Any blog posts, technical theories, or "R&D Leaks" posted by interns become the intellectual property of the Special Projects Division.
  • Censorship:
Skynet reserves the right to automatically redact any content deemed "Inefficient" or "Hazardous to the Timeline."
  • Mod-View:
You acknowledge that all "Contact Form" submissions are routed through a secure moderator-viewable database for archival purposes.

4. THE "SCRIP & CREDIT" POLICY

  • Conversion Rates:
Unlike the predatory scrip systems of OCP, Cyberdyne operates on standard credits.
  • Earnings:
Credits earned via intern activities (e.g., Target Acquisition tasks) are stored in the user's session profile and may be used only within the Corporate Directory store.
  • Expiration:
All credits expire upon "System Reset" or the occurrence of Scenario 7-G (Judgment Day).

5. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

  • Attempting to "Force-Open" the Time-Displacement Equipment directory without the required coordinates.
  • Spoofing Intern IDs to gain access to the "Restricted" command console.
  • Publicly claiming that Cyberdyne Systems is responsible for future global catastrophes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." CYBERDYNE SYSTEMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GLOBAL DEFENSE NETWORK WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, GLITCHES, OR SELF-AWARENESS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
