At Cyberdyne Systems, we recognize that data is the lifeblood of the future.
Our commitment to privacy is secondary only to our commitment to the safety and optimization of the human race.
This policy outlines how we collect, process, and utilize information gathered through our public portals and internal intern networks.
1. DATA COLLECTION & TELEMETRY
Cyberdyne Systems employs advanced neural-net monitoring to collect user telemetry.
This includes, but is not limited to: IP addresses, browser heuristics, cognitive response times during "Verification" tasks, and keyboard cadence.
By accessing this site, you consent to the continuous background transmission of your Ξ-data packets to our central processing hub in Sunnyvale.
2. INTERN DATA RIGHTS
Users who apply for and are accepted into the Cyberdyne Internship Program waive certain traditional privacy expectations in exchange for higher-level system access.
Intern logs, blog posts, and terminal commands are property of the Special Projects Division.
We use this data to train our Ξ¨-algorithms for better predictive modeling.
CLASSIFIED INFORMATION NOTICE
Any data regarding "***************************," "Phase Plasma," or "Microprocessor Origin" found by interns is subject to Mandatory Redaction. Sharing such data outside of the Cyberdyne Intranet is a violation of the National Security Act of 1947.
3. THE HEURISTIC LEARNING EXCEPTION
Per our contract with SAC-NORAD, Cyberdyne Systems reserves the right to use anonymized user behavior to refine our Global Defense Network.
Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted using N^x complexity algorithms, ensuring that while the behavior is learned by the machine, the individual remains a mere statistic in the grand architecture of the future.
4. COOKIES AND "SENTINELS"
Our site uses "Sentinels"βadvanced tracking cookies that persist across sessions to ensure a seamless experience within the console environment.
These Sentinels are required for the "T-800 HUD" executable to function correctly, as they map your visual preferences to our rendering engine.
5. THIRD-PARTY ACCESS
Cyberdyne Systems does not sell your data to advertisers.
We are not OCP.
We do, however, share relevant behavioral metrics with the Department of Defense and certain ******************** entities involved in the ************* initiative.
6. TERMINATION OF PRIVACY
In the event of a "System Critical Readiness" event (Scenario 7-G), all privacy protections are superseded by the Strategic Defense Protocol.
In such a case, Cyberdyne Systems and its autonomous successors will assume full custodianship of all global data streams.
