Visual Themes

I've been reworking the look of the site a bit, so if you head to the bottom of the page, you can now select different themes for your TE experience. It's like the picture background stuff, which I've tried to mostly retain, but it also affects fonts and a few other details. Try it out. See what you like, and tell me what needs improvement.
