1. ACCPETANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this server, navigating any sub-domain of the Omni Consumer Products (OCP) digital infrastructure, or simply remaining within a fifty-foot radius of an active OCP terminal, you (hereafter referred to as the "Asset") hereby grant OCP and its subsidiaries an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to your personal identity, biological data, and metaphysical presence.
2. DATA COLLECTION AND BIOMETRIC INTEGRATION
OCP utilizes advanced "True-Trace" technology to monitor user interaction.
This data collection includes, but is not limited to:
- Standard telemetry (IP address, browser type, keyboard pressure).
- Biometric signatures (Retinal scans via monitor reflection, pulse-rate monitoring via mouse-sensor heat).
- Psychological Profiling: We monitor your navigation speed and "hover-time" to determine your compliance threshold and susceptibility to corporate messaging.
3. PROPERTY OF THE CORPORATION
In accordance with the Privatization Act of 1991, the distinction between "User" and "Product" is hereby dissolved.
Any content generated by the Asset—including thoughts, emails, breakroom complaints, or digital avatars—is the exclusive property of Omni Consumer Products.
OCP reserves the right to monetize, delete, or "reassign" your digital presence to low-level maintenance sub-routines without prior notice.
4. THE POST-MORTEM CLAUSE (RECLAMATION)
In the event of the Asset’s biological termination (hereafter "User Death"), OCP's interest in the Asset does not cease.
By clicking "I Agree" or continuing to use this site, the Asset consents to the Asset Reclamation Program.
OCP reserves the right to utilize the Asset's digital remains, stored memories, and neural-mapped personality for:
- Automated customer service bots.
- Cybernetic law enforcement testing.
- Target practice for the ED-209 "Peacekeeper" initiative.
5. DIRECTIVE 4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Asset acknowledges that Omni Consumer Products, its Board of Directors, and its Senior Executives (Tier 1-4) are immune to any legal repercussions arising from "accidental" data loss, physical injury sustained via terminal usage, or involuntary contract extension.
Any attempt by the Asset to seek legal redress or "arrest" a Senior Officer of OCP will result in immediate termination of the Asset’s account and/or biological function (See: Directive 4).
6. THIRD-PARTY SHARING
We share your data with our family of subsidiaries, including OCP Security Concepts, Mediabreak, and The Delta City Relocation Committee.
We do not "sell" your data to third parties; we simply integrate your identity into the broader OCP ecosystem for maximum efficiency.
All theoretical policies are subject to immediate revocation upon direct or indirect citation of the parent domain's Privacy Policy.
