You're probably wondering how this site still exists after all these years. I checked the billing records and it turns out the domain and hosting are essentially indefinite. Freddie Harris was so confident that Dangertainment was going to be a hit that he bought a 30-year renewal contract for the name and services using his trust fund. He probably never even noticed the funds depleting on an annual basis.
For legal reasons, I wont reveal my identity. Just think of me as a concerned citizen who still remembers the stories about the boogeyman. The feds want you to forget about Michael Myers. The town wants you to move on, but don't be fooled. Michael is still out there, and he's coming.

Hello to all you internet relics out there. If you're reading this, then you probably remember the Dangertainment fiasco that happened in 2002 on Halloween night. Freddie Harris hosted a live-streaming event in the Myers house that ended in tragedy when the boogeyman himself showed up and put an end to the festivities. It was a nightmare witnessed in real-time by thousands of people in and out of Haddonfield, resulting in the deaths of seven people involved.
Immediately after the event, the feds seized the footage and chatroom logs during the live-stream. This website itself had all access permissions revoked, but I did a reverse lookup on the DNS records, found the webhost, and spent two days trying to figure out the host password until I managed to gain access.
Now, the site is back online. They tried to put a lid on the Myers case because they couldn't solve it. Michael is still out there, and it's time to start asking questions again. Stay tuned for more updates.

I don't really know how to write this.
My lawyers told me not to post anything at all. They wanted me to put up a blank white page with a corporate legal statement on it. But I owe it to the families, and I owe it to the people who trusted me, to say something myself.
I am devastated. I am completely broken.
When I started Dangertainment, I wanted to build something new. I wanted to give people a thrill. I thought I knew everything about the history of that house. I thought it was just a dusty old building full of urban legends and empty stories. I was wrong. I was so incredibly wrong.
Sara... Rudy... Jen... Donna... Jim... Bill... Nora. They weren't just "contestants" or "crew members." They were young, brilliant people with entire lives ahead of them. They trusted me to keep them safe. They trusted my security, my equipment, and my word. And I failed them. I will have to carry that failure with me for the rest of my life.
To the town of Haddonfield: I am deeply, truly sorry for bringing this nightmare back to your doorsteps.
The federal authorities have seized our field office, our data backups, and our physical equipment for their investigation. Dangertainment is completely shutting down all operations effective immediately. The live feeds will never return.
Please keep the families of the victims in your thoughts. Goodbye, internet.

I just wrapped up our orientation meeting with them over at the 2400 Court Motel, and the energy is absolutely electric! But let’s set the record straight: Dangertainment does NOT condone violence. We are a premier digital media company dedicated to investigative, interactive entertainment. We aren't here to disrespect anyone; we're here to explore the psychological impact of a legend. We are providing a platform for education, curiosity, and world-class entertainment!
