#NextDoor (1994)

A TV movie where Matt (James Woods) lives next door to Lenny (Randy Quaid), who is basically a more unhinged version of cousin Eddie. It starts with some minor squabbles like Lenny's sprinklers going nonstop and ruining Matt's flowers, but it exacerbates into something a bit more serious.

The movie seems like it would be a dumb family comedy about rivaly and revenge pranks, but once you realize it's rated R, things get a bit more interesting. Lenny really wants to ruin Matt's life and fuck his wife! How far will he take it? Too far, that's where.
