My monitor screen keeps twitching and throwing horizontal lines whenever I walk through that spot with my corded headphones. I asked the landlord about it and he just got weirdly quiet and said the house was built on a "utility junction" back in the 70s. I hate this town. Everything is just slightly broken under the floorboards.

My parents finally let me move my computer setup down to the half-basement. It's cool because I have my own space now, but the air down here is bizarre. It's not just cold. It's like a dead cold that stays in one spot. I have a space heater running, but there's a five-foot circle right in the center of the room where the air just feels totally heavy and metallic.

Younger kids barely remember why people were afraid in the first place.

VHS gets eaten.
